We also offer a wide selection of used car parts for sale, allowing customers to conveniently pull and pay for parts directly from the vehicles in our inventory. Our services are designed to provide both value and ease, ensuring a seamless experience for all our customers. Position Overview As a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for individuals looking to sell their vehicles to our junkyard. Your role will involve helping customers through the process of vehicle evaluation, acquisition, and coordination for pick-up or drop-off. You will play a key role in acquiring vehicles efficiently and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for our customers. This role is responsible for efficiently managing vehicle purchases and related programs, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Essential Functions: * Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers looking to sell their vehicles, providing assistance and information regarding the vehicle purchasing process. * Assess and gather detailed information about vehicles from customers (make, model, year, condition, etc.) to determine the value and eligibility for acquisition. * Provide customers with fair and accurate quotes for their vehicles based on information provided. * Verify ownership documents to match VIN numbers on purchased vehicles and ensure compliance with legal requirements. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns, issues, or questions throughout the process. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and vehicle acquisition details in the company's database. * Follow up with customers as needed to confirm appointments and finalize vehicle transactions. * Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to meet company acquisition targets. * Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner. * Call Center Experience - 2 years * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and patience. * Basic knowledge of vehicles and their parts is preferred but not required. * Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and general computer skills. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. * Detail-oriented and organized, with strong attention to accuracy. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. * Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as required. * Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. Additional information: Schedule: * 8-hour shift with varying hours between 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. * Weekend availability required (Saturdays) with Sundays off.
