We are looking for a dynamic Real Estate Trainer to help elevate our teams performance and ensure our agents thrive from day one. Position Overview: The Real Estate Trainer will lead engaging training sessions and ongoing development initiatives across multiple markets. This role requires a confident presenter with proven real estate sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow. Travel to our current and expanding market locations will be a regular part of this position. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality onboarding and skills-based training to new and experienced agents Facilitate large group training sessions both in-person and virtually Support agents in adopting Truebloods systems, technology, and processes Provide coaching and guidance on best practices in lead management, prospecting, and client service Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and develop new training content Maintain a fun, engaging, and results-focused learning environment Travel to regional offices to support training needs across markets Qualifications: Real estate sales experience required (active license strongly preferred) Prior training, coaching, or leadership experience in real estate Strong presentation skills with the ability to command a room Ability to train and inspire groups of varying experience levels Willingness to travel regularly Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy with strong follow-through What We Offer: Opportunity to help shape the success of a fast-growing brokerage Supportive leadership and a collaborative culture Competitive compensation package Growth opportunities as we continue to expand Ready to make a major impact and help agents grow their careers?
