Position: Roofing Sales Technician - Project Manager (1099 Independent Contractor) Job Type: Full-Time, Commission-Based Location: Broken Arrow, OK (serving Tulsa Metro and surrounding areas) Why Join FireHouse Roofing? * Competitive pay with uncapped earning potential - the harder you work, the more you earn * Training and support are provided to help you succeed * Reputable brand - firefighter-owned, community-focused, and highly rated by homeowners * Flexibility - manage your own schedule and build your own client base What You 'll Do: * Generate leads through networking, referrals, door-to-door canvassing, and company-provided opportunities * Conduct thorough roof inspections (full training provided -- no prior roofing experience required) * Create accurate estimates using company software and pricing systems * Present estimates and solutions to homeowners in person (we believe in real conversations, not emailing quotes and hoping) * Assist homeowners with insurance claims when applicable, acting as their advocate throughout the process * Coordinate with production, suppliers, and installers to ensure smooth execution of each project * Serve as the primary point of contact for the homeowner throughout the entire project lifecycle * Perform final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction before job close-out * Use computers, mobile devices, and company software efficiently to track jobs, communicate updates, and maintain organized files * Maintain accurate job documentation, estimates, photos, and communication logs * Represent FireHouse Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset at all times What We 're Looking For: * A motivated self-starter with strong people skills * Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with homeowners * Willingness to learn roofing systems, sales techniques, and our proven process * Comfort with outdoor work, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions * Basic tech skills (smartphone, apps, email) for reporting and communication * Experience in roofing or sales is not required - we provide training for the right person Requirements: * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends * Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow * Must be able to work as a 1099 independent contractor Earning Potential: * First-year sales reps can realistically earn $50,000 -$150,000+ * Top performers make well over six figures annually How to Apply: If you're ready to join a high-energy, growth-minded company that rewards effort and integrity, we'd love to talk with you!
