Position: Roofing Sales Technician - Project Manager (1099 Independent Contractor) Job Type: Full-Time, Commission-Based Location: Broken Arrow, OK (serving Tulsa Metro and surrounding areas) Why Join FireHouse Roofing?

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, door-to-door canvassing, and company-provided opportunities
• Conduct thorough roof inspections (full training provided -- no prior roofing experience required)
• Create accurate estimates using company software and pricing systems
• Present estimates and solutions to homeowners in person (we believe in real conversations, not emailing quotes and hoping)
• Assist homeowners with insurance claims when applicable, acting as their advocate throughout the process
• Coordinate with production, suppliers, and installers to ensure smooth execution of each project
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the homeowner throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Perform final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction before job close-out
• Use computers, mobile devices, and company software efficiently to track jobs, communicate updates, and maintain organized files
• Maintain accurate job documentation, estimates, photos, and communication logs
• Represent FireHouse Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset at all times What We 're Looking For:
• A motivated self-starter with strong people skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with homeowners
• Willingness to learn roofing systems, sales techniques, and our proven process
• Comfort with outdoor work, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions
• Basic tech skills (smartphone, apps, email) for reporting and communication
• Experience in roofing or sales is not required - we provide training for the right person

Requirements

:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow
• Must be able to work as a 1099 independent contractor Earning Potential:
• First-year sales reps can realistically earn $50,000 -$150,000+
