Crum Electric Supply is seeking experienced, hardworking candidates for an Inside/Counter Sales Associate position in our Cody, WY location. Individual will be responsible for sales and application assistance to electrical contractors and industrial customers. You will be assisting customers both over the phone and at the counter. What you'll be doing: * Phone calls, quotes, counter sales, pull orders * Daily inside sales tasks for industrial, commercial and residential customers * Complete an accurate bill of materials from specs and one-lines * Negotiate pricing with manufacturers and customers * Follow-up and project management * Build customer relationships by providing complete solutions with quality products and competitive pricing What you need for this position: * Past electrical and/or wholesaling experience necessary * Strong computer proficiency * Organizational skills are necessary to be successful * Must be able to learn products, sales processes, and systems * Goal oriented individual with the ability to provide world-class service to our customers * Pre-employment drug screening required What's in it for you: * Join energetic sales team with future opportunities for advancement * Competitive compensation program with growth opportunities * Exceptional training and development programs to support your career growth. * Complete benefit package including 401K plan, health insurance, & paid vacation.
