Biologics Specialist - Role Summary The Biologics Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth and market adoption of Arthrex Orthobiologics within an assigned territory. This role focuses on building strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, clinics and ambulatory surgery centers while serving as the clinical and sales expert for the Arthrex biologics portfolio. The position requires frequent in-person engagement, including operating room support, product demonstrations, and educational programs, with a strong emphasis on integrity, compliance, and customer service. Key Responsibilities * Achieve and exceed biologics sales quotas within assigned territory * Serve as the primary biologics contact for surgeons, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders * Maintain expert-level knowledge of Arthrex Orthobiologics products and related surgical procedures * Provide in-OR, clinic, and lab-based product support, demonstrations, and education * Develop and execute territory business plans and sales strategies * Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and hospital/ASC administrators * Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell biologics and related products * Track sales performance and trends using Axis * Deliver weekly business updates to the Director of Biologics * Collect competitive intelligence and stay current on market trends * Participate in sales meetings, professional events, and required training programs * Uphold compliance, ethics, and confidentiality standards Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required * 1-3 years of demonstrated sales success (minimum 1 year required) * Experience in orthopedic, sports medicine, or medical device sales preferred * Comfortable working in operating room environments * Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with sales analytics tools preferred * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Interested candidates should send your resume and cover letter to [please apply online] or click the Apply Online button below.
