Service Sales Consultant - Commercial Roofing & Exterior Services Red Letter Roofing Build Long-Term Earnings. Supported Ramp. Real Opportunity. Red Letter Roofing is growing our Service Sales team and is seeking relationship-driven sales professionals who want to build a long-term book of business , not chase short-term transactions. What You 'll Do

• Sell roofing service, repair, and maintenance solutions
• Build long-term customer relationships and referral pipelines
• Identify service opportunities that convert into larger re-roofing projects
• Work closely with operations to ensure projects are scoped and executed correctly
• Represent Red Letter Roofing with professionalism and integrity Ramp & Early Support We recognize that building a book of business takes time. To support new hires during this period:
• Recoverable ramp draw available during the first 90 -120 days (subject to approval)
• Draw is an advance against future commissions , not a salary
• Additional early support designed to encourage pipeline and referral development
• Full performance expectations apply from day one, with coaching and guidance This structure provides early stability without lowering standards. Year-One Expectations (Realistic & Achievable)
• Successful first year: approximately $500,000 -$750,000 in service sales
• Focus is on:
• Learning pricing and margin discipline
• Building referral relationships
• Developing repeat customers
