Service Sales Consultant - Commercial Roofing & Exterior Services Red Letter Roofing Build Long-Term Earnings. Supported Ramp. Real Opportunity. Red Letter Roofing is growing our Service Sales team and is seeking relationship-driven sales professionals who want to build a long-term book of business , not chase short-term transactions. What You 'll Do * Sell roofing service, repair, and maintenance solutions * Build long-term customer relationships and referral pipelines * Identify service opportunities that convert into larger re-roofing projects * Work closely with operations to ensure projects are scoped and executed correctly * Represent Red Letter Roofing with professionalism and integrity Ramp & Early Support We recognize that building a book of business takes time. To support new hires during this period: * Recoverable ramp draw available during the first 90 -120 days (subject to approval) * Draw is an advance against future commissions , not a salary * Additional early support designed to encourage pipeline and referral development * Full performance expectations apply from day one, with coaching and guidance This structure provides early stability without lowering standards.
