Learn more at [please apply online] The Role We are seeking a Design Sales Consultant with a passion for design and proven sales ability to work on-site in our Maitland, FL, showroom. In this role, you'll guide clients through design decisions, present proposals, and manage projects from initial consultation through sale. The ideal candidate has experience in a design-related industry and thrives in the luxury market. Responsibilities * Meet with clients in our showroom and in their homes. * Provide design guidance, material recommendations, and layouts. * Prepare and present proposals that inspire confidence and close sales. * Manage leads, communications, and pipelines in a CRM (HubSpot a plus). * Collaborate with our design and project management teams. Qualifications * Sales experience in a design-related field (kitchen & bath, interior design, luxury remodeling, or similar). * Experience in 20/20 or Design Live is a plus. * Strong design sensibility and ability to present creative solutions. * Experience working with luxury clientele. * CRM proficiency; strong organizational skills. * Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
