Location: Peachtree Corners, GA 30071 MCOCOD specializes in high-quality Shower Room products , including shower doors and hardware. We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join us. If you're an energetic salesperson with experience in outside sales, construction, or home improvement , this opportunity offers base pay plus a lucrative, uncapped commission plan. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you master our product line and sales process. Responsibilities * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. * Generate leads and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share. * Present, demonstrate, and promote our shower door and hardware products. * Negotiate sales contracts and ensure favorable terms for both the company and the customer. * Deliver excellent customer service and promptly resolve client inquiries or issues. * Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and product innovations. * Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Qualifications * Proven experience in sales (experience in the Shower Door or Construction industry is a plus). * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Ability to work independently and within a team. * Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
