Location: Peachtree Corners, GA 30071 MCOCOD specializes in high-quality Shower Room products , including shower doors and hardware. We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join us. If you're an energetic salesperson with experience in outside sales, construction, or home improvement , this opportunity offers base pay plus a lucrative, uncapped commission plan. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you master our product line and sales process.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Generate leads and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share.
• Present, demonstrate, and promote our shower door and hardware products.
• Negotiate sales contracts and ensure favorable terms for both the company and the customer.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promptly resolve client inquiries or issues.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and product innovations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales (experience in the Shower Door or Construction industry is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).

Compensation

Base Pay $2000 Monthly + $300 Monthly Allowance + Uncapped Commission

• Monthly sales under $100,000 -> 1% commission + Base Salary: $2,000 per month
• Monthly sales over $100,000 -> 2% commission + Base Salary: $4,000 per month
• Monthly sales over $200,000 -> 3% commission + Base Salary: $4,000 per month
