Job Title: Sales Support Specialist #990353 Duration: 6 months Contract with possible extension Location: Tempe ,AZ Schedule:- Hybrid Pay Range:- $24-$25/hr. Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Lead Assigner to support the Centralized Sales team. This role is critical to ensuring timely, accurate distribution of sales leads to internal sales agents in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt quickly while maintaining high accuracy and reliability. Key Responsibilities: * Assign and distribute sales leads to Merchant Services sales agents accurately and efficiently * Perform 70% lead assignment duties and 30% ad-hoc operational support tasks * Maintain and update lead data using Excel and internal systems * Collaborate with sales leadership and team members via MS Teams * Utilize systems such as Business Thru Dynamics (BTD) and Salesforce to manage workflows * Create and update reports, trackers, and presentations as needed * Ensure strict adherence to attendance, timeliness, and execution standards * Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a high-volume sales environment Provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
