This is a W2 role with an excellent commission structure and health benefits, with top producing agents having the opportunity to earn between $80k to $120k+ per year. Our company is Tejano Casas. The Sales Agent's primary role is marketing properties to generate buyer leads, and converting these buyer leads to closed sales. We provide our sales agents with a database of buyer leads to help you get started, along with in- house sales training to help maximize your chance of converting buyer leads. We also believe in providing additional support such as transaction support and property marketing materials so you are able to focus on what you do best which to generate sales results! While experience in seller finance real estate transactions is a plus it is not required, as we will train you! Bilingual is not required but is a plus. Responsibilities * Market to generate new prospects (Leads will also be provided by company) * Convert new prospects to qualified buyer leads * Schedule and attend showings with buyers * Single point of contact with seller from application submission to closed contract * Build and develop sales skills to improve sales conversion ratios Requirements * Previous Sales Experience and Closing Skills * Experience with Sales Prospecting to Generate Leads * Ability to Identify and Sell to Customer Needs with Great Presentation Skills * Positive Energy Level with Ability & Desire to Meet & Exceed Sales Goals * Experience with Seller Finance Transactions (Not Required but is a plus) * Spanish Speaker (Not Required but is a plus) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off Experience: * Sales: 3 years (Preferred) Language: * Spanish (Preferred) Work Location: In person
