About the job Who We 're Looking For American Health & Wellness is looking for true sales hunters. People who know how to prospect, open doors, and start real conversations with decision- makers. This is a high-income position with no cap on total compensation, with current employees in this position earning $200,000 - $300,000+. Compensation is based on developing prospect meetings, not on closing cases. What You 'll Do * Open the door, start the conversation * Prospect and open new business relationships * Leverage your existing professional network and prior sales experience * Initiate conversations with business owners, executives, and HR leaders * Schedule the meeting. That's it. Your internal team is responsible for the sale, not you. * Focus entirely on prospecting and business development, not account management * Bottom line...your compensation is not dependent on closing the case. You did the most important part by bringing people together. Who You Are * A proven sales professional who has successfully opened doors and brought in prospects but is frustrated by cases not closing for reasons beyond your control. * Comfortable prospecting, following up, and hearing "no" without slowing down * More interested in autonomy and upside than a cushy title * Confident starting conversations with senior decision-makers Employee benefits experience is not required...
