Sales Manager - St. Louis, MO RestoreMasters RestoreMasters is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our commercial and residential roofing sales team in the St. Louis market. We're looking for a motivated professional with a proven track record in B2B Commercial & Residential Storm Restoration Sales, who can train, lead, and inspire others to excel. Position Details: * Annual Base Pay: $60,000 - $100,000 (based on experience) * Plus Commission based on individual and team performance * Full-Time: 40-50 hours per week Responsibilities: * Drive to commercial and residential appointments to assist with inspections and close deals * Recruit, train, and manage new sales representatives * Lead a growing sales team within the roofing and storm restoration industry * Develop and execute local sales strategies to achieve market goals * Maintain strong relationships with property owners, business clients, and partners * Oversee project follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in roofing or storm restoration sales (B2B and residential) * Strong closing skills and the ability to mentor others to do the same * Prior leadership or management experience preferred * Excellent communication, organization, and people skills * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required At RestoreMasters , we offer competitive pay, growth opportunities, and a supportive environment where high performers thrive.
