Outside Sales & Recruiting Representative Location: Orlando Metropolitan Area Job Type: Full-time Compensation * Base salary: $58,000 - $65,000 (DOE) * Commission: 1.0% - 1.5% of gross revenue (uncapped) * On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000 - $110,000+ * Annual Performance Bonus About Spectra Personnel Services Spectra Personnel Services is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) providing staffing solutions across Florida and the Southeast. We specialize in light-industrial, general labor, and administrative staffing. We are expanding our Orlando operations and seeking a bilingual outside sales professional who can build client relationships while supporting recruiting during the initial ramp-up phase. Responsibilities This role is designed to grow into a market-lead position. As the Orlando territory expands, the individual hired will have the opportunity to lead the Orlando market , oversee local operations, and build a small team of recruiters and sales support. Once in a leadership role, you will benefit from business generated by your team , earning additional compensation tied to sales closed by your direct reports. This structure rewards long-term growth, strong leadership, and the ability to scale a profitable market -- not just individual production. Responsibilities * Prospect and develop new client relationships across the Orlando metro area * Conduct in-person client visits and facility tours * Negotiate pricing mark-ups * Partner with recruiting to ensure timely fulfillment * Recruit and onboard candidates during initial ramp-up * Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and activity reports Requirements * Bilingual (English & Spanish) - preferred * Proven B2B outside sales experience (staffing preferred) * Comfortable discussing pricing and margins * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits & Tools * Company-provided cell phone and laptop * Mileage reimbursement * PTO plus paid holidays * Employee-paid MEC and Indemnity health plans (optional family, dental, vision) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $58,000.00 per year Benefits: * Mileage reimbursement * Paid training Work Location: On the road
