What a Business Account Manager will do: * Provide high-level client service and focus on retention. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters. * Manage accurate client file documentation within agency systems. * Review and evaluate new and existing accounts. * Complete and submit applications. * Update or add new coverage based on client requests. * Pursue continuous learning to expand product knowledge and service effectiveness. * Represent TRICOR in the community as a trusted insurance partner.
