Full description of the position

Sales engineers for Burke Process typically do the following:

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers, in person, over the phone, or through online services.
• Talk with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to define system requirements.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and in-house designer(s) to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Secure and renew orders. Requires negotiating pricing and completing administrative sales functions.
• Plan and modify products to meet customers needs.
• Help clients solve problems with installed equipment.
• Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production
• Help in researching and developing new products. Job Type: Full-time Projected Total

Compensation

: $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
