European Wax Center is currently seeking a Strong Sales-Focused Center Manager who has a passion for helping others and committed to the growth of their team. You are confident in being a sales driver and meeting or exceeding revenue and KPI goals. Here 's What We're Looking For: * A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor with strong communication skills * Control and supervise the daily operation of the center and be able to make strategic decisions to increase business sales opportunities. * Foster a guest-focused team environment as a leader, driving volume, and guest loyalty. * Clearly communicate daily and monthly goals, contests, and performance expectations to all team members. * Develop sales strategies and goals to increase monthly revenue and ensure you and the team are reaching daily sales, weekly, and monthly goals. * Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction, handle guest inquiries, address customer dissatisfaction, resolve service complaints, and address adverse reactions with the assistance of the Center Manager or Regional Manager as needed. * Prioritizes guest service and satisfaction at all times and seek opportunities to coach and develop the team to align their focus to enhancing the guest value journey from check-in to check out. * Work strategically with the team to create upselling opportunities. * 1-3 years of supervisory experience in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality. * Enjoy coaching associates with diverse skills sets, roles, and personality traits to achieve a common goal. * Ability to work full time with a variety of shifts, including weekends (REQUIRED). * Adept to learn about financial and sales components of the business including sales processes, KPIs, and business analytics.
