Champion Windows is expanding our Cincinnati operation with the launch of a new roofing division , and we're hiring 1 -3 experienced Roofing Sales Representatives to help establish and grow this market. Work Schedule Champion's roofing division will operate on a two-shift model , Monday through Sunday, providing structure while supporting high appointment volume. Shift Option 1: * Work Days: Monday-Saturday * Days Off: Sunday and either Wednesday or Thursday * Ideal for reps who want a weekend day and a midweek reset. Shift Option 2: * Work Days: Wednesday-Sunday * Days Off: Monday & Tuesday (guaranteed) * Great for reps who prefer off-days during the week for personal appointments, errands, or family needs. Both schedules include: * Daily inperson morning meetings at the Cincinnati location * Afternoon/evening in-home appointments * Flexibility to set self-generated appointments and manage your territory What We're Looking For * Roofing sales experience strongly preferred (inspection knowledge is valuable). * Strong communicators with competitive, goal-driven mindsets. * Professionals who thrive in a structured schedule with high autonomy in daily activities. * Coachable, motivated individuals committed to personal and financial growth. * Customer-focused representatives who take pride in helping homeowners improve and protect their homes. Responsibilities * Perform roof inspections and in-home roofing sales presentations. * Diagnose customer needs and build tailored proposals. * Present roofing solutions and financing options confidently and accurately. * Close sales and consistently achieve performance goals. * Attend in-person morning meetings and ongoing training. * Contribute to the launch and growth of the Cincinnati roofing division. Requirements * Previous roofing sales experience strongly preferred. * High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus). * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Reliable vehicle. * Basic computer and math skills. * Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (ladder placement and demonstration materials).
