- Work with buyers and sellers from first conversation to close
- Follow proven scripts and processes that work in this market
- Actively work your personal sphere and database alongside team-provided opportunities
- Convert opportunities through consistent outreach and follow-up
- Manage your pipeline using real estate specific CRM tools
- Participate in coaching, training, and team standards This is a sales role. You will be expected to make calls, have conversations, and take ownership of outcomes.
Compensation
Commission based with no upper limit Typical earnings on our team: Year 1: $50,000 to $75,000 Year 2: $75,000 to $100,000 Experienced agents: $100,000+ Income is tied directly to activity and execution.
