If you answered YES t o these questions, read on Axiom, Inc. is currently looking for an Industrial Sales professional to cover the Madison (Southwest WI) territory and Milwaukee (Southeast WI) territory. The Industrial Sales person works directly with customers to improve their overall operation through process, storage or work space solutions. Using a consultative, solution based format, he/she will work with other team members to provide our clients with products to improve productivity and efficiency, making their operations safer and longer lasting. The Industrial Sales professional will build his/her business through sales and marketing efforts conducted via phone and using web-enabled technologies and processes. As their business is developed, more travel may be required to visit customers and conduct site-visits to determine the best solutions. Travel is less than 25%. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years prior selling experience; preferably in an industrial environment. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. Experience with conveyor, material handling & storage, work space utilization, ergonomic, and/or productivity improvement solutions is preferred.
