With offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world's leading professional services firm, Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC). A day in the life. As our Consultant on the Sales team, you'll develop and implement an individual sales plan for business insurance or employee health & benefits products and coordinate service of assigned accounts, deliver renewals on a timely basis and secure quotes when necessary. Our future colleague. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: * 2-5 years of Outside B2B (business-to-business) selling with a proven track record in being able to ask the right questions in order to foster credibility quickly while at the same time gaining a sense of how to best align our offerings with the client. * Experience in the midmarket - companies with (100 - 1000 employees). * Corporate image coupled with a great attitude * Must be assertive - yet consultative These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: * BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience * Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce a plus We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
