Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping customers, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is driven to meet and exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout the buying process
• Assess customer needs and present appropriate vehicle options
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features and benefits
• Facilitate test drives and guide customers through financing options
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and promotions
• Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships with past customers
• Meet individual sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred; automotive industry experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-driven and highly motivated
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
