Qualifications and responsibilities for this Account Executive position include: * 3 to 5 years of experience designing and engineering AV, lighting, and control systems * Strong background in technical sales and understanding of installation procedures * Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to bring in new business * Ability to assess customer needs and translate them into technical solutions and proposals * Prepare and present sales quotes, proposals, and service contracts * Coordinate all aspects of project installation logistics and timelines * Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships * AV industry certifications or memberships preferred Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus commission Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including Cigna medical, dental, and vision coverage; employer-paid short and long-term disability; 12 PTO days per year with unlimited sick leave; and unique perks like the possibility to attend concert tours.
