The Sales/Account Support role will develop into a key position within our team. In this role, the successful candidate will become an expert in our product details and manufacturing processes. Exceptional communication and critical thinking will take place daily. Collaboration with field professionals, production staff and management are mandated for success in this role. This key position will report to the President and evolve to the lead in customer relationships. This position offers challenge and opportunity through responsibility for, and direct involvement in, all aspects of Lister customer accounts. As the lead, the Sales/Account Support will directly oversee accounts from quote to shipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. * Customer communications * Prepare detailed multi-item estimates and quotes * Enter sales orders * Develop estimates, quotes & maintain all files * Coordinate with Manufacturing on all support * Coordinate and support scheduling * Manage changing customer requirements * Seek new sales opportunities * Support customer quality and financial audits Education and/or Experience: * B.A. in business or related field * Experience in sales, customer relations, project management * Experience in a manufacturing environment Abilities: * Positive outlook and attitude * Excellent written and verbal communication * Desire to take on increasing responsibilities * Willingness to work on multiple tasks with changing priorities * Superior organizational skills Qualifications/Skills: MSFT Office Quality Management System (QMS) Training See the Training Requirements Matrix (C-105) for specific training on the QMS and QMS documentation for this position. Physical Demands: Work is performed mostly in office settings. Some work is required on the plant floor. Hand-eye coordination is necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear. Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to heat, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
