Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate t o join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional service, driving sales, and maintaining an organized and inviting store environment. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Sell products effectively while utilizing upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Maintain an organized sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are visually appealing. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies regarding cash handling. * Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. * Communicate product knowledge clearly to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment. Experience * Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not required. * _ The candidate must be willing to get his/her notary license. _ * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with customers. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as this can enhance communication with diverse customers. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
