Griswold Home Care is a nationally recognized non-medical home care provider with over 40 years of trusted service. For over 16 years, our Arizona team has supported thousands of seniors, veterans, and post-hospital clients throughout the Valley--helping them remain safely and comfortably at home with the support of our experienced caregivers. We're seeking an ambitious, results-driven Community Liaison with an outgoing, relationship-focused personality to help expand our West Valley presence. This role centers on strengthening referral relationships and increasing market penetration across North Central Phoenix and the West Valley, including Peoria, Glendale, Sun City, Sun City West, and Surprise. This role offers unlimited earning potential , meaning your success directly determines your income. Top performers earn well into six figures with no cap on commissions or bonuses. Qualifications: * Business development and B2B referral-based sales experience (healthcare or senior care preferred) * Proven success building and maintaining referral pipelines * Strong relationship management and professional communication skills * Self-directed, metrics-driven, and accountable to growth targets * Highly organized with solid territory and activity management skills * Comfortable in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Drive business growth by developing new referral sources and nurturing existing partnerships * Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers such as doctors, discharge planners, case managers, and local organizations * Represent Griswold at community events, networking meetings, and outreach initiatives to increase brand visibility * Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities within the senior care network * Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute territory growth strategies * Provide regular activity updates and insights to support business development planning * Contribute to a positive team culture focused on compassion, excellence, and results If you're a driven professional who thrives on building connections and making a real difference, we'd love to have you on our team.
