Clean N' Green Lawn Services & Clean Custom Concrete Strongsville / Greater Cleveland Area We are hiring a Sales & Estimating Specialist to represent our companies at the Home & Garden Show and grow into a long-term, full-time role. This is not a high-pressure, price-cutting sales job. We are looking for a professional who believes that good sales come from education, clarity, and properly priced work -- not fast talking or discounting to close deals. If you believe in selling the right solution, protecting margins, and building long-term customer trust, you'll fit in well here. If you chase commissions at the expense of integrity, this role will not be a fit. Key Responsibilities * Represent our company at the Home & Garden Show * Meet homeowners for lawn and concrete estimates * Create clear, detailed, easy-to-understand written estimates * Educate customers on services, pricing, and long-term value * Upsell and recommend appropriate off-season services to grow annual revenue and sustain margins * Follow up with customers and close work professionally (no pressure tactics) * Manage customer communication through the full sales cycle * Assist with collections and unpaid balances on sold work * Ensure all work sold meets company pricing and margin standards * Be flexible with customer schedules (this is not strictly 9-5) Compensation Structure * Base Salary: ~$45,000 annually (paid weekly) * Commission: Paid monthly, based on sold and collected work * Quarterly Bonus: Based on margin quality, estimate accuracy, and professionalism * Important: Commission is paid only when the company is paid Realistic Total Earnings: $60,000-$75,000+ (Strong performers earn more without sacrificing integrity.) Experience We're Looking For This is not an entry-level sales role. Ideal candidates will have experience in at least one of the following: * Outside or in-home sales * Estimating or quoting home services * Construction, concrete, landscaping, or similar trades * Customer-facing roles involving pricing, scope, and follow-up You do not need experience in both concrete and landscaping. However, you must be comfortable learning the services you don't already know. This role requires someone who: * Can confidently speak with homeowners * Clearly explain pricing, scope, and expectations * Write organized, professional estimates * Handle follow-ups and collections professionally * Step into the field with minimal hand-holding after training If you have sold services, written estimates, or worked directly with homeowners before, you will transition well into this role.
