Ballard Truck Leasing, a locally owned leader in transportation services across New England, is expanding! We're looking for passionate, motivated B2B sales professionals to join our growing team. As an RSR, you'll be at the forefront of our business development effortsmarketing our rental product lines, managing key accounts, and helping customers optimize their fleet planning and profitability. Responsibilities and Duties/Essential Functions: * Build and grow customer relationships through direct sales and account management * Generate leads, cold call prospects, and present tailored proposals * Recommend rental solutions based on customer needs * Prepare estimates, bids, and contracts * Stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings * Support rental counter activities and assist with delivery coordination * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Other duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
