Joe Cecconi's Chrysler Complex is a top volume Jeep, Ram, Dodge and Chrysler dealership in Western New York. We are looking to grow our sales department by adding top performing salespeople with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong work ethic, posses outstanding client interaction skills and be self-motivated to succeed. Prior Sales experience is preferred (Automotive or Non-Automotive). Hospitality and/or retail management background interacting with clients is beneficial but not required. Applicants will be required to learn and utilize contact management software, self-study product features & benefits, plus be able to self-manage their day to day work plan activities. We will provide both live sales training, web based training courses, and on site supervision to ensure you succeed. Availability to work some evening and weekend hours is a must. We provide:

• Following the sales program, an anticipated income would be about $80,000 with six-figure income potential.
