Responsibilities * Greet and assist prospective residents, providing excellent customer service. * Conduct property tours and explain leasing options. * Process lease applications and ensure all documentation complies with Fair Housing regulations. * Maintain accurate records of leasing activity using Yardi and OneSite software. * Collaborate with property management to coordinate maintenance requests and resident needs. * Promote available units through upselling techniques while maintaining integrity. * Ensure compliance with landlord-tenant laws and Section 8 regulations. * Support marketing efforts by engaging with potential tenants and community outreach. Qualifications * Proven experience in property leasing or real estate administration. * Strong knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, Fair Housing laws, and landlord-tenant law. * Proficiency in Yardi, OneSite, and property management software. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Ability to negotiate effectively and handle conflict professionally. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. * Prior experience with legal administrative tasks is a plus.
