We recruit a team for you Train them We offer you office and private rooms for meetings Uniforms Transportations for your team to go out and work and get the leads you and your team need to meat your monthly goals Responsibilities * Promote and sell solar energy systems or roofing solutions to residential and commercial clients * Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and roofing options tailored to their needs * Develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals * Conduct site assessments and provide accurate estimates based on construction estimating principles * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, proposals, and sales progress * Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and local regulations related to solar and roofing markets Skills * Strong sales ability with excellent communication and negotiation skills * Integrity and Team Player !
