DO NOT apply if you do not have experience in selling to the Educational industry, Printing Industry or CPG. If you are a self-starter and a get it done style this position is for you. We are looking for someone to re-sign existing customer and help us grow our Student and Teacher Planner business. You will be measured and reward for your ability to sell our printed products.Prior experience in selling in K-12 Schools is a definite PLUS Inside Sales and Customer Service Manager Pay: $75,000 - $80,000 with commission Responsibilities: Working manager of an Inside Sales/Customer Service team. The team is geographically dispersed in the USA, and Philippines team. The Inside Sales/CS Manager will require training, performance and great communication skills. Must have experience in the educational environment (K-12) and must be hands- on in automated order taking system and be able to train and mentor the team. Our main product is teacher and student planners that help students learn in a disciplined written format that helps them improve their grades and attention. The position requires a focused manager to ensure growth, profitability and focus on customers satisfaction, ensure orders meet requested delivery date/timelines. During our non-peak season, team members reach out to K-12, colleges and Universities searching for new sales opportunities via cold calling, internet inquires, etc. establishing new customer book of business to grow the business account base. Development of KMPI tools to drive sales results and team performance. Additional Responsibilities: * Follow up new or existing customer requests for quotes, samples, order status updates, delivery, etc. Send samples and/or quotes same day they are requested. Follow up once customer has had time to review price and product regarding their level of interest. * Continuous monitoring of customer orders to ensure handbooks and artwork are submitted in a timely fashion. Finalize customer requirements and submit orders to Production Manager for processing * New accounts/lead generation. Use current database to cull old customers that have not ordered for the previous 2 years to see if there is any interest. Email existing account assigned but never ordered to see if there is any interest * Search for new K-12 and High Ed opportunities via cold call, internet, referrals, email and POs from Gov Spend. Ask existing customers for references, contact schools within the same school district who currently do not order to see if there is any interest in samples, quotes, or both. * Request pricing for custom orders, build customer and quote, email pricing to client for review. * Monitor to ensure student planner orders are being processed in a timely manner to make the requested delivery date and provide customer assist when needed. Uploading customer files * Build a good rapport with existing customer base and generate new customers through email broadcasts, direct mail advertising, and private school and district bid opportunities. * End of season calls, or email customers thanking them for their business that year and setting up next year contact. * Assist with the collections of outstanding balances over 30 days. Possible Duties & Responsibilities: * Processing orders that come in daily via email, fax, and phone * Answering phone calls for orders and customer service * Process of credit card payments * Build strong relationships with our customer base * Review and respond to Help Desk messages * Periodic filing & clerical support * Work with CSR Team in assessing and responding to deadline driven K-12 and High Ed bid opportunities * Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment, with speed and accuracy KEY COMPETENCIES (Qualifications): * Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask. * Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook * Ability to work under frequent pressures and flexibility to change tasks * Ability to work individually and as part of a team * Strong Communication and telephone skills * Strong organizational skills * Confident and articulate communicator via phone or email and possesses self-confidence to manage challenging customers and team members. * Previous experience with Acumatica or ERP software a plus, HubSpot, Connect and sell and Order Management systems.
