We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing candidate to join our team as a Sales/Client Implementation Specialist. Your primary focus will be client onboarding, upselling and driving new business. You will be responsible for delivering online end-user training and support to new and existing clients utilizing eSoft Planner. You will provide clients with the necessary knowledge and skills to run their business through eSoft Planner. You will be analyzing your customers' business needs and the needs of their industry to be able to better provide consulting services as needed and assist in the development of our software to fit the industry needs. As a member of our team, by understanding the general design of the software and the end-user experience, you will participate in & document quality assurance testing to help in the development of new features and fixes. Our ideal candidate is an excellent presenter, detail/time oriented, analytical, has strong technical knowledge and is a team player. The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service and technical issue resolution in a professional manner to ensure clients maintain a high level of customer/client satisfaction with the products and services offered by PPC Communications/eSoft Planner. Responsibilities: * Create and provide PC-based training/consulting to new customers based on the client's product needs * Recommend process improvements/products that best suit the customer's needs * Develop customized training materials as needed * Provide account management for our customers with periodic check ins to ensure customer satisfaction * Build/drive new business through referrals, marketing campaigns, and more * Conduct or participate in webinar training for large groups of clients * Provide timely assistance to customers with technical issues, asking the appropriate questions for troubleshooting * Document, track, and report on product defects * Develop appropriate user stories to execute QA testing of the software. * Perform the execution of test cases to assure functionality meets the business needs * Collaborate with client implementation and development teams to clearly communicate defects and steps to reproduce for rapid resolution * Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy * Maintain a high level of world class customer service/professionalism to a wide range of customers * Accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals * Read and interpret documentation such as help documents & articles * Other duties as assigned What we are looking for * Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, education, or related field - preferred * Experience in PC-based software training - preferred * Experience in a consultative customer service environment - preferred * A passion for the sports industry and helping small business owners succeed * Self-motivation to work under his/her own initiative as well as work within a team environment * Strong customer relationship building skills * Ability to work under pressure * Clear articulation/engaging presentation style * Ability to relate to customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner * Exceptional phone support and software/hardware troubleshooting skills * Strong analytical skills, technical aptitude, & written/verbal communication skills * Strong focus on user experience and simple design solutions * Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail and accuracy a must * Ability to maintain a positive work environment * Must be at least 18 years of age or older. * Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience.
