This role is key to supporting clients through their weight loss journey and/or wellness journey by providing education, coaching, and personalized support--while also helping to grow the practice through strong consultative sales. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct initial sales consultations to educate and enroll clients into our program * Provide personalized health coaching sessions based on our structured program * Ensure clients stay on track to meet their weight loss and wellness goals * Track, follow up, and convert incoming leads via phone, web, and in-person * Maintain accurate and confidential client records and health progress * Handle general administrative duties including scheduling, data entry, filing, and follow-up * Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally--both in-person and over the phone * Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth, supportive client experience Required Skills & Qualifications: * MUST HAVE previous experience in sales, nutrition, personal training, health coaching, exercise class instruction, or health and wellness * Strong verbal and written communication skills with a talent for building rapport * Familiarity with Google Suites (Drive, Docs, Gmail) and CRM software * Passion for health and wellness and helping others succeed * Strong follow-up and lead tracking skills--sales follow-through is a must! * Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail * Comfortable working independently and as part of a team * Reliable, punctual, and highly accountable * Ability to multi-task and manage responsibilities efficiently * Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on new tasks as needed Perks & Opportunities: * Hourly pay + daily and weekly bonuses * No weekend shifts--Monday through Friday only * Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives * Supportive, health-focused team environment * Room for growth and advancement within a growing company * Ongoing training and skill development in health coaching and sales Ready to Apply?
