Key Responsibilities: * Generate leads and close deals. * Manage and close leads provided by the office. * Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. * Demonstrate leadership and sales capabilities Requirements: * Experience (preferred). * Strong closing ability and a proactive approach. * Ability to bring in your own leads while working with office leads. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Must be 21 due to insurance.
