About the Role Pristine Plumbing is looking for a Residential Plumber / Sales Technician to join our service team. This is a commission-only position , ideal for motivated professionals who want to maximize their earnings while providing homeowners with honest solutions and excellent service. You'll be responsible for diagnosing issues, presenting repair and replacement options, and completing residential plumbing work with care and integrity. We don 't just fix plumbing--we serve people. You'll be the face of our company in customers' homes, so your ability to listen, communicate clearly, and deliver a great experience is just as important as your technical skills.
