Independent Door-to-Door Lead Generator (1099 Contractor - Commission- Only) Are you a self-driven communicator who enjoys connecting with homeowners? We're looking for independent contractors to help promote our garage door repair and installation offers to homeowners in selected areas of California. This is a performance-based 1099 opportunity with no schedules, no quotas, and unlimited earning potential. You choose when, where, and how you work -- we simply pay you for qualified leads or jobs that result from your efforts. What You 'll Do (Your Way) * Independently engage homeowners to share information about current service promotions. * Use flyers or marketing materials (provided upon request) to help introduce the company's offers. * Collect homeowner contact details for those interested in scheduling an estimate. * Submit leads for verification -- you'll receive payment once they meet qualification criteria. What Helps You Succeed * Self-motivation and consistency -- you run your own schedule. * Clear communication and a friendly, professional presence. * Prior canvassing, sales, or customer-facing experience (preferred but not required). * Reliable transportation and smartphone for submitting leads. Compensation * Commission-Only: typically $50 per qualified appointment, and 5% of the gross revenue from completed jobs generated by your leads. * Flexible Payments: contractors invoice for verified leads or completed sales. * Bonuses: performance incentives may be available for high-volume results. Independent Contractor Status * This is not an employee position. * You operate as your own business and are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and expenses. * No uniforms, schedules, or scripts are required. * You are free to provide similar marketing or lead-generation services for other companies.
