About the Role: Russell Equipment is seeking a Sales Representative to drive equipment sales while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. This primarily inside sales role involves managing the full sales cycle--from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Minimal travel is required. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and secure new customers while nurturing existing relationships. * Manage customer communications, including emails, calls, quotes, and transactions. * Oversee the entire sales process, from promoting equipment to payment collection. * Follow up after equipment delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. * Perform both inside and occasional outside sales activities with limited overnight travel. Qualifications: Required: * Strong work ethic and ability to multitask effectively. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Attention to detail and strong documentation skills. * Solid mathematical competency. * Excellent time management skills. * Ability to accept and implement constructive feedback. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred: * Prior sales experience with a physical product line. * Ability to build rapport in person and over the phone. What We Offer: * $20,000 base salary plus commission/bonus potential.
