About the Role

: Russell Equipment is seeking a Sales Representative to drive equipment sales while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. This primarily inside sales role involves managing the full sales cycle--from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Minimal travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify and secure new customers while nurturing existing relationships.
• Manage customer communications, including emails, calls, quotes, and transactions.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from promoting equipment to payment collection.
• Follow up after equipment delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform both inside and occasional outside sales activities with limited overnight travel.

Qualifications

: Required:

• Strong work ethic and ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Solid mathematical competency.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to accept and implement constructive feedback.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred:
• Prior sales experience with a physical product line.
• Ability to build rapport in person and over the phone. What We Offer:
• $20,000 base salary plus commission/bonus potential. Earning potential up to $75,000 your first year and $100,000 your second year.
