About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Leasing Consultant to oversee leasing and sales activity for an apartment community in Plymouth Meeting, PA. This position is part of an exciting new acquisition that includes a full renovation of all units to Class A luxury standards. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales , lease-up operations , and new acquisitions. You will play a critical role in driving occupancy, revenue growth, and delivering an exceptional resident experience during this transformation. Key Responsibilities * Oversee leasing operations of a 192-unit apartment community, ensuring consistent performance and brand standards. * Develop and implement strategic marketing and leasing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. * Lead, train, and motivate on-site leasing teams to maximize sales effectiveness. * Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies proactively. * Collaborate with renovation and operations teams to align leasing efforts with construction timelines. * Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and company policies. Qualifications * Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales-focused role within property management or real estate. * Proven success in lease-up or new acquisition environments. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities. * Proficiency in property management software and CRM tools.
