Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to promote and sell recycling services and materials. The ideal candidate will develop new business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and help expand our recycling operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers for recycling services and recycled materials
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Promote recycling solutions to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Conduct site visits to assess customer recycling needs
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer proposals
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activity

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales (recycling, waste management, or industrial sales preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
• Basic understanding of recycling materials and processes (training can be provided)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• High school diploma or equivalent Skills & Competencies

• Time management and organizational skills
