Job Opportunity: Boost Mobile Sales Associate Are you outgoing, personable, and motivated to exceed sales goals? We're looking for individuals who can provide exceptional customer service and offer tailored wireless solutions to both new and existing customers. As a Boost Mobile Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for driving sales, maximizing revenue potential, and delivering an unmatched in-store experience. Key Responsibilities: * Provide a comprehensive sales solution for customers' wireless and mobility needs, including promoting Boost Mobile devices, accessories, service plans, and add-ons. * Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. * Ensure customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. * Make customer service calls to existing customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. * Organize and participate in community events to promote the store and build relationships. * Train new team members and assist with inventory management. * Maintain store cleanliness and uphold the Boost Mobile brand image. * Support team members and contribute to a positive team environment. Qualifications: * Must be 18 years of age or older. * High school diploma or GED required. * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred. * Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset. * Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by retail scheduling. * Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required. * Reliable transportation to and from work.
