Duties

: - Market and sell insurance products to potential clients - Provide excellent customer service to existing and prospective clients - Conduct sales administration tasks such as preparing quotes, processing applications, and issuing policies - Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and schedule appointments - Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options - Negotiate insurance terms and conditions with clients and underwriters - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations, including HIPAA compliance - Conduct outside sales activities, including attending networking events and building relationships with referral sources Skills: - Multilingual proficiency to effectively communicate with diverse client base - Strong market knowledge to identify potential sales opportunities - Sales administration skills to efficiently manage client information and policy documentation - Telemarketing skills to generate leads and schedule appointments - Excellent customer service skills to build rapport and maintain client relationships - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and data security - Experience in outside sales to effectively prospect and close deals - Ability to analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options - Proven track record in insurance sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about insurance sales.
