This is a true hunter role focused on identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities. This role includes a ramp-up salary structure designed to support you while you build your pipeline. The plan is based on a $70,000 annual salary equivalent during your onboarding period. For the first three months, you'll receive 100% of the monthly equivalent , then that guaranteed amount gradually steps down 25% each month in month four through month six as you transition to fully commission-based earnings. Month four of the ramp would be at 75%, month five at 50% and month six at 25%. Beginning in Month 7, compensation is 100% commission with no earnings cap , allowing top performers to significantly exceed traditional base + commission models. Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with potential clients. You will leverage your expertise in sales techniques and market knowledge to identify opportunities, network, create appointments and close new clients for our MSP services. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate the value of our solutions and build strong relationships with potential customers. Responsibilities * Prospecting : Identify and target potential clients through various methods including networking, cold calling, canvassing, and online research. * Lead Generation : Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and set appointments with target customers. * Sales Presentations : Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our MSP services. * Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Closing Deals : Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets. * Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth. * Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. * Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales goals.
