Job Duties * Manage and evaluate team of Route Sales Representatives * Maintain good business relationship with all customers * Assist running routes to cover holidays and vacations * Visit customers regularly to review account with customer * Assist in renewing contracts with existing customers * Report status on accounts and personnel to Service Manager * Help maintain delivery fleet and promote safety habits amongst RSRs * Coach Route Sales Representatives to maintain target key result areas Requirements * Clean driving record * Strong communication and organizational skills * Out-going personality & customer service skills * Managerial Experience * Ability to operate commercial vehicle * College coursework, or equivalent experience preferred (but not required) * Ability to lift over 50 lbs * Work in all elements of weather CLEAN is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
