About the Role We're seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Arizona team. This is an ideal opportunity for experienced B2B sales hunters or professionals with a background in telecommunications, wireless, IT, or security technology who are eager to expand their skill set. Experience in Motorola products or two-way radios is not required -- we will provide full product and industry training. If you have the ability to sell technology-based solutions, adapt quickly to new systems, and hunt for new business, we want to hear from you. You'll have access to active leads, sales tools, and ongoing training. The role is split 50/50 between field sales (prospecting, client meetings, site visits) and office work (building quotes, collaborating with our technical team, and performing demos). Mileage reimbursement is provided. What You 'll Do * Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in sectors such as public safety, education, healthcare, manufacturing, utilities, transportation, and commercial enterprises * Sell communication and security solutions including Motorola two-way radios, Avigilon and Verkada video surveillance, access control, and dispatch center systems * Conduct site visits, demos, and system walk-throughs for prospective customers * Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts, uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities * Develop and execute territory sales plans that align with company objectives * Collaborate with sales engineers, project managers, and technical teams to deliver successful solutions * Stay informed on emerging communication, networking, and security technologies What We 're Looking For * 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience OR relevant technical background in telecom, wireless communications, security, IT, or related technology fields * Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business * Technical aptitude to learn and explain new technologies quickly * Experience working with enterprise or public sector clients (preferred) * CRM and quoting software proficiency * Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills * Valid driver's license with clean driving record Preferred Qualifications * Experience selling or supporting technology in public agencies, enterprise accounts, or specialized industries * Background with telecom providers (e.g., Verizon, AT&T), security integrators, or networking/IT service companies * Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a technical field (preferred) What We Offer * Base salary + commission (uncapped) * 401(k) plan * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Mileage reimbursement or auto allowance/company vehicle eligibility * Paid time off & holidays * Ongoing product and sales training, plus growth opportunities Apply Now If you're a motivated B2B sales professional who thrives on building relationships and introducing clients to innovative communication and security solutions, Airwave Communications is the place for you.
