Job Description

: We are looking for motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing team. As a Sales Consultant at Reed Nissan, you will be the face of our dealership--helping customers find the right vehicle while providing an outstanding buying experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Listen to customer needs and match them with appropriate vehicle options.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
• Follow up with prospects and previous customers to build long-term relationships.
• Work with the finance team to finalize vehicle purchases.
• Stay current on Nissan models, trims, promotions, and market trends.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and dealership expectations.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and schedule appointments.

Qualifications

:

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Must be self-motivated and goal-driven.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
