Job Description: We are looking for motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing team. As a Sales Consultant at Reed Nissan, you will be the face of our dealership--helping customers find the right vehicle while providing an outstanding buying experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. * Listen to customer needs and match them with appropriate vehicle options. * Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits. * Follow up with prospects and previous customers to build long-term relationships. * Work with the finance team to finalize vehicle purchases. * Stay current on Nissan models, trims, promotions, and market trends. * Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and dealership expectations. * Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and schedule appointments. Qualifications: * Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Professional appearance and attitude. * Must be self-motivated and goal-driven. * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
