Team Image, Central Indiana's largest local custom apparel and team sports company, serving schools, teams, and companies big and small, seeks a full time sales representative to serve customers north of Indianapolis in Hamilton County. If you love sports, schools, and sales, then come join our team! Alongside our printing and embroidery facility (one of the largest decoration facilities located in Indianapolis), Team Image is a premier branding and sports solutions provider. As a team sports dealer, Team Image provides equipment and services to all sports teams, in schools, travel, and recreational. With a reputation built through years of dedicated customer service, our local home-town approach, fast delivery, great quality, and reasonable pricing has built a large and committed customer base in Hancock County in throughout the Indianapolis Metro. We desire to bring our brand to Carmel, Fishers, and Noblesville School and Organizations in 2026. Plans to open a physical store to serve customers are in the works for 2026, working along side our open door store in Greenfield. Sales experience is required for this position. Team Sports and / or promotional products experience is required. Connection to local schools is very important This position is a hybrid pay structure. Regular, weekly salary has a base and draw against yearly sales commissions. Commission structures are generous with low thresholds. Additional bonuses and commissions are offered based on performance. Local sales calls, travel, and deliveries are required. We look forward to all applicants!
