Senior Business Development Executive (Hunter Role) We're seeking a seasoned, high-performing business development professional who knows how to create opportunity from scratch and consistently close. This role is built for a sales expert who has mastered cold calling, thrives in a high-intensity environment, and is motivated by results--not hand-holding. What You 'll Do * Own full-cycle new business development from first call to close * Execute high-volume, high-quality cold outreach to targeted prospects * Consistently close new accounts and exceed revenue targets * Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff post-close * Join strategic customer conversations when your expertise adds value What We 're Looking For * A proven track record of success in business development or B2B sales * Mastery of cold calling, prospecting, and objection handling * Demonstrated ability to close complex deals consistently * Competitive, self-driven, and accountable with a true hunter mindset * Comfortable operating in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment Compensation * $100K base salary + commission * Uncapped earning potential with no ceiling on success Role Details * In-office position * No travel required * Results-focused, high-energy sales culture If you're a top-tier sales professional who knows how to hunt, close, and win --and wants to be rewarded accordingly--we should talk.
